Responsibilities- Support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and pre-qualification submissions.
- Assist in managing proposal documentation and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather information for client submissions.
- Maintain bid trackers, business development databases, and market intelligence records.
- Support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing presentation materials, reports, and business communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Work Winning processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business sectors and disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience, including internships or graduate placements, within an engineering consultancy, professional services, or related environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, commercial curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- A genuine interest in the engineering consultancy sector and building a career in work winning, business development, and client engagement.
