Construction Manager

Overview

Construction Project Manager — Sharjah. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sharjah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and extensive knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations.

You must also have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, architects, and clients. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
• Manage project budget and expenses
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred
