Construction Project Manager

Al Sabaah Construction Build LLC is currently building a new team for our construction company in Sharjah, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and control costs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work quality and address issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure safety standards are strictly followed on-site.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Quantity Surveyor experience or knowledge is an advantage.
