Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for various building projects.
* Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing.
* Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities in bids.
* Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
* Present estimates and participate in bid review meetings.## Requirements
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the building/construction sector.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
* Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
