Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all civil fit-out construction activities on-site.
* Ensure that projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Manage and lead a team of site personnel, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
* Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies.
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically in fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to site challenges.
