Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage all on-site civil and fit-out construction activities.
* Ensure project specifications, designs, and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
* Coordinate daily operations with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Monitor work progress, quality of work, and ensure timely project completion.
* Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
* Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, with specific expertise in fit-out projects.
* Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
