Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for road and infrastructure projects.
* Manage all commercial aspects from tender preparation, contract negotiation, to final account settlement.
* Conduct risk and value management analysis to optimize project costs and efficiency.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential cost deviations, and implement effective control measures.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and local regulations.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project objectives.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with significant exposure to road and infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and relevant UAE construction laws and regulations.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
