Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the civil estimation department, ensuring accurate and timely project costings.
* Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids for various civil engineering projects.
* Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and requirements.
* Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and technical details.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks during the bidding process.
* Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil estimation, preferably within the GCC region.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, costs, and market trends.
* Proficiency in estimation software and advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
