Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, sub‑contracts and agreements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow statements.
- Handle claims, variations and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in commercial management within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts; FIDIC preferred.
- Experience in cost control, procurement and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience with UAE/GCC construction projects.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP or equivalent.
