Civil Site Supervisors

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the execution of civil works at the site in accordance with the project scope, approved drawings, quality plans, and productivity targets.

This role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Resource Management: manage site resources effectively.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety regulations.
• Quality Control: ensure adherence to quality plans.
• Team Leadership and Development: lead team and support skill development.
• Administrative Duties: ensure accurate recording and submission of labor timesheets (including overtime), assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and other documentation, collect, organize, and maintain project-related data for future reference and reporting, prepare Project Close out report, uphold site cleanliness and organization through consistent housekeeping practices, assess workers' skill levels and report training needs and progress.
• Attitude: take ownership of the site, demonstrate proactive problem‑solving skills, guide workforce effectively, remain calm under pressure, maintain a constructive attitude in difficult site conditions, be accountable for site progress, safety, and quality, and be flexible to changing plans, weather conditions, and urgent project needs.

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience as a civil site supervisor or engineer.
• Collaborate with engineers, foremen, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Maintain high personal discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.
