Responsibilities
- Operate the boom loader efficiently to move materials with precision ensuring minimal spillage and optimal load distribution.
- Conduct regular pre-operation inspections to identify and rectify any mechanical issues ensuring the safety and functionality of the equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work schedules and optimize workflow on construction or mining sites.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a hazard-free environment and promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience operating boom loaders in construction or mining environments.
- Valid operator’s license and certifications for heavy machinery operation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Proven ability to interpret engineering plans and site layouts, facilitating accurate material handling.
