Construction Manager

As a Construction Project Manager in Sharjah you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on managing the budget, schedule, and quality of the project while ensuring that all safety regulations are met.

• Develop and manage project budgets including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
• Create and maintain project schedules ensuring that all milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Manage project progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications for accuracy.
• Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary permits and approvals.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or a related role.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Salary: $1700 per month.

This is a full-time position with no English language requirement.
