Civil Engineer (Arab Nationality) - Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer of Arab nationality to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Arab nationality is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience within the UAE
    .
  • Strong experience in construction site supervision and project execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
  • Ability to manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor project progress.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
Software Proficiency
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Primavera P6 (preferred)
  • MS Project (preferred)
  • Quantity Surveying and Estimation Software (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Note: Only candidates of Arab nationality with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in site supervision and quantity surveying will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor construction activities on site.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates.
  • Monitor material quantities and control project costs.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
