Job Description
- Communicate with consultants and clients on contractual matters, delays, extensions, variations, and warranties.
- Execute and administer project per contract, specifications, and plan.
- Plan resources, mobilize site, and submit drawings, documents, inspection requests, RFIs, and variations timely.
- Manage cost with quantity surveyor to ensure correct job costing, purchasing, and billing.
- Monitor construction program and progress for timely completion.
- Manage all project aspects including earthworks, landscape, irrigation, drainage, civil works, and growing in.
- Manage labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Ensure timely procurement and control of materials on site.
- Oversee subcontractors to meet project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
