Independent Business Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Team on airport and infrastructure projects. You will manage valuations, payment applications, variations, cost control, and final accounts to safeguard project commercial performance.
You will prepare BOQs and take-offs, support cash flow forecasting and cost reporting, and coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders while mentoring junior QS staff and ensuring contractual compliance.
