We Are Hiring | Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
Bikram Interiors & Industries L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in interior joinery and fit-out projects to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage interior fit-out projects from planning stage through to successful completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site progress.
- Ensure smooth project execution, safety compliance, and timely handover.
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site coordination efficiently.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues professionally.
- 5–8 years of experience in Interior Joinery & Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- UAE market experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of project planning, site execution, and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic will be an added advantage.
