Civil Engineer Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress
• Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower effectively
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify that materials meet project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists for corrective actions
• Resolve site issues and maintain project timelines
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants
• Maintain site documentation including inspection requests work permits and material approvals
• Review drawings specifications and BOQs before execution 2D 3D

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred. (mandatory)
