Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Gypsum Engineer to oversee gypsum partition ceiling and finishing projects across multiple sites The ideal candidate must have project management skills the ability to lead engineering teams and experience in client coordination sales support payment certifications and collections
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 4 years of UAE experience
- in gypsum and interior fit-out projects
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Strong knowledge of gypsum systems interior fit-out works and UAE construction standards
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills
- Manage and supervise all site engineers and project teams
- Plan execute and monitor multiple gypsum and interior fit-out projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal departments
- Prepare project schedules work plans and progress reports
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues
- Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards
- Support business development by meeting clients and assisting in securing new projects
- Manage project-related sales activities and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections
- Prepare submit and follow up on interim and final payment certificates
- Coordinate project handovers snag rectification and project close-out documentation
- Report project progress financial status and operational updates to senior management
- Leadership and team management
- Multi-project management
- Strong technical knowledge of gypsum and interior fit-out works
- Contract administration and payment certification
- Sales and client relationship management
- Collection follow-up and commercial awareness
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and MS Project preferred
- Timely completion of projects

- Timely submission and approval of payment certificates

- Successful execution of multiple projects within budget
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in gypsum and interior fit-out projects.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Strong knowledge of gypsum systems, interior fit-out works, and UAE construction standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
