Prepare accurate MEP Quantity Take-Offs from tender drawings and specifications Perform quantity measurements using Plan Swift software Assist in the preparation of BOQs cost estimates and tender submissions Review tender documents drawings and project specifications Coordinate with the Estimation and Engineering teams during bid preparation Ensure accuracy and timely completion of quantity take-offs Maintain proper records of estimates quantity calculations and tender documents Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor – Pre Contract (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in Quantity Take-Off using Plan Swift software (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and tender documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
