- Oversee daily site operations ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards
- Direct and manage construction crews assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maximize productivity
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks to prevent accidents
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings translating them into actionable plans for the construction team
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or equivalent safety training.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil construction supervision.
- Has a proven track record in managing diverse construction projects, ideally within the infrastructure sector.
