Construction Project Manager - Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah, UAE. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

• Plan construction projects and develop detailed project schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on track within budget
• Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and senior management
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on construction sites

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or similar environment
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and regulations in the UAE
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to transfer sponsorship.
