Female Construction Manager

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets
• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage project resources including labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses and changes
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications
• Facilitate communication between different parties involved in the project

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month
