- Supervise pipeline construction or maintenance crews on-site
- Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to workers
- Read and interpret pipeline drawings blueprints and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Monitor welding trenching coating hydrotesting and pipe laying activities
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate with engineers inspectors subcontractors and project managers
- Maintain daily progress reports timesheets and site documentation
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated
- Resolve field issues and operational delays efficiently
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Manage material usage and inventory on-site
- 5 or more years of water transmission pipeline construction or maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of DI, GRP, pipeline installation methods and safety standards
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
- Good leadership and communication skills
