Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in strong Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration strong Extensive experience in strong variations valuation and variation claims strong Good knowledge of strong Extension of Time EOT claims strong and contractual claims Excellent experience in preparing and handling strong contractual correspondence strong Preparation submission and certification of strong Interim Payment Applications IPA strong Review and processing of strong subcontractor payment applications and payments strong Preparation of strong final accounts strong and reconciliation of quantities and costs Ability to review contracts BOQs drawings specifications and project documents Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project costs Experience in dealing with consultants clients subcontractors and suppliers Good knowledge of strong FIDIC contracts strong and UAE construction practices will be an advantage Candidates should have proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on villa/residential projects and possess strong skills in variations, EOT claims, contractual correspondence, interim payments, and subcontractor payments.
