• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction installation work for a tents shades company this likely includes structural steel work membrane fabric installation foundations and civil works
• Interpret and implement drawings technical specifications and project plans
• Conduct site surveys measurements and setting out works
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and report delays or issues
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and labor teams
• Ensure compliance with health safety HSE standards on site
• Maintain daily site reports progress photos and documentation
• Liaise with QA QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with material take-offs and site-level procurement needs
• Resolve on-site technical issues and elevate to project manager when needed
• Attend site meetings with clients consultants and contractors

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience (construction, tensile structures, landscaping, or similar)
• UAE experience preferred, especially in Sharjah/Dubai market

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing software
• Good communication skills (English; Arabic/Hindi a plus depending on workforce)
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• Problem-solving and decision-making under time pressure
