Lead on-site execution of facade works including aluminum systems GRC elements and associated facade components Coordinate installation activities for high-rise building facade systems Manage facade logistics including material delivery storage access planning and installation sequencing Review shop drawings and technical submittals ensuring proper implementation and constructability Provide engineering support and resolve technical issues related to facade systems Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including facade lighting architectural structural and MEP teams Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project schedules quality standards and HSE requirements Conduct inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications Report progress and highlight risks or delays affecting facade works
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably high-rise developments.
Strong technical background in façade systems, GRC, and aluminum works.
Proven experience in façade site coordination and logistics management.
Strong problem-solving ability with good technical judgment.
