Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of painters in various painting projects.
- Implement painting techniques to achieve desired results on different surfaces.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of steel structure painting and ensure the application of best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in putty application, rust removal, cleaning, and other preparatory tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all painting projects.
- Manage and coordinate painting schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Uphold safety standards and regulations, promoting a secure working environment.
- Monitor and control project budgets, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
- Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure painting is a must.
- Good knowledge of putty application, rust removal, cleaning, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and client management abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces, as needed.
