HSE Engineer – Civil

- Implement project HSE plans and safe work method statements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Supervise safety officers and site HSE compliance activities.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and track corrective actions.
- Prepare HSE reports and statistics for management review.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction HSE.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO 45001.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
