- Develop and maintain project cost control systems and budgets.
- Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Review and validate subcontractor and supplier cost data.
- Advise project management on cost risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support commercial close out and final account preparation.
- Mentor junior cost control staff.
- 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
- Proven experience on large-scale building construction projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.
