- Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and present cost reports and variance analysis to management.
- Coordinate with project, planning and commercial teams on cost matters.
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices against budgeted costs.
- Identify and escalation cost risks and overruns proactively.
- Support audits and financial reviews as required.
- 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in cost control systems and MS Excel.
- Experience on large-scale building construction projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.
