HSE Manager – Civil

- Develop and implement project HSE plans and procedures.
- Lead the HSE team across multiple project sites.
- Conduct HSE audits and drive corrective action closure.
- Liaise with authorities and clients on HSE compliance matters.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for major incidents.
- Report HSE performance and risks to senior management.
- 15+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction HSE, including a leadership role.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; IOSH membership preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001).
- Proven experience leading HSE teams on large-scale projects.
- Excellent incident investigation and reporting skills.
