- Track actual project costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Support monthly cost reviews with project and commercial teams.
- Maintain accurate cost records and cost codes.
- Assist in identifying cost overruns and recommending corrective actions.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.
