- Prepare take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates under senior QS guidance.
- Assist with interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
- Support variation and claim preparation and tracking.
- Maintain accurate measurement and cost records.
- Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress.
- 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
- Working knowledge of BOQ preparation and valuations.
- Proficiency in take-off and measurement software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
