- Prepare detailed BOQs, take-offs and cost estimates for tenders and variations.
- Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
- Review and negotiate variations and claims with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare final accounts and support contract close-out.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors on measurement and valuation practices.
- 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within civil contracting.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and final accounts.
- Experience managing variations, claims and subcontractor accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
