- Prepare detailed take-offs and BOQs for interior fit-out packages.
- Prepare cost estimates for joinery, finishes, FF&E and MEP interface works.
- Manage interim payment certificates (IPCs) and subcontractor valuations.
- Review and negotiate variations with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with designers, site teams and vendors on cost matters.
- 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in quantity surveying within interior fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis for fit-out packages.
- Experience coordinating with designers, contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in take-off and measurement software.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
