Job Responsibilities- understand construction drawings and steel reinforcement plans
- Cut bend and fix reinforcement steel bars according to specifications
- Install and secure reinforcement bars for foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other concrete structures
- Tie reinforcement bars using binding wire and appropriate tools
- Ensure reinforcement work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Maintain proper spacing, alignment and positioning of steel reinforcement
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors and other construction workers
- Follow all site safety rules and procedures
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer in construction projects.
- GCC work experience is preferred.
- GCC returners are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work outdoors and in a physically demanding environment.
- Good knowledge of steel reinforcement work and construction practices.
- Candidates should be medically fit for construction work.
