Project Manager-Infrastructure

Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments is an Azizi group infrastructure/construction entity supporting the delivery of large-scale development projects in Dubai. The company forms part of Azizi’s vertically integrated construction ecosystem, working alongside Gardinia Contracting and other specialist group companies. Its activities are relevant to civil, infrastructure, site development and construction operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and related works.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Review and approve project plans, technical submissions, method statements, and work programmes
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulations
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team
• Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of the project
• Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, authorities Oversee the construction and installation of major infrastructure works, including:

• Chilled water networks
• Manholes and associated structures
• Transmission and distribution networks
• Infrastructure diversions and tie-in works

• Works for DEWA
  -Water division
• Works for DEWA
  -Electricity division
• Works for telecom

Job Requirements :

• Qualifications &
  
  Experience:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with proven experience in a Project Manager role. Strong experience in roads and infrastructure/utilities projects.
• Experience in sewerage, stormwater, drainage, water supply, and utility networks is preferred UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant UAE authority requirements and approvals is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong infrastructure experience rather than building/construction only experience should be prioritised.
