Construction Manager UAE; Pakistani Nationals
Construction Manager - Sharjah, UAE (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Sharjah. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Pakistani national preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Sharjah
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities according to project plans and timelines
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control for all construction projects
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
