Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE
, supporting ongoing road, footpath, and infrastructure works.

• Supervise and follow up on road construction, footpath, and associated civil works
  .
• Monitor site execution and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements
  .
• Review drawings and coordinate construction activities at site.
• Coordinate and follow up NOCs, permits, approvals, inspections, and related documentation
  .
• Liaise professionally with municipality inspectors and relevant authorities regarding ongoing contracts and site activities.
• Coordinate with the concerned Contracts/Contract Affairs teams regarding ongoing contractual matters and requirements.
• Follow up daily site activities, progress, inspections, and outstanding matters.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements
  .
• Prepare progress updates, site reports, and other required documentation.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and Project Engineer
  .
• Support the timely execution and completion of assigned project sectors and work fronts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  .
• Relevant practical experience in road construction, footpaths, and infrastructure works
  .
• Experience dealing with municipalities, inspectors, NOCs, approvals, and site inspections
  .
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site execution, documentation, and safety requirements
  .
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Degree and educational documents must be duly attested
  .
• UAE Certificate of Equivalency is mandatory.
• A valid Engineering Association/Society membership card is preferred.
