- Quantity Take-Offs:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs from IFC drawings architectural drawings and structural details using standard methods of measurement - Joint Site Measurements:
Conduct joint on-site physical measurements with consultant QS and subcontractor representatives - Subcontractor Billing Verification:
Audit subcontractor monthly invoices against actual completed work and contractual rates - Variation Quantification:
Quantify additions and deletions resulting from revised drawings site instructions and RFIs - Material Take-Off Preparation:
Generate accurate material schedules for procurement to prevent over-ordering or shortages - Interim Application Support:
Compile backup measurement sheets progress photos and delivery vouchers for main contract interim applications - Rate Build-Up Assistance:
Assist Senior QS in formulating labor plant and material rate build-ups for newly instructed items - Commercial Archiving:
Maintain structured registers of variations daywork sheets site instructions and billing records
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA); 5+ years experience.
- Proficiency in Plan Swift, AutoCAD, MS Excel advanced modeling.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- 5–9 years in UAE civil construction handling residential towers, luxury villas, or infrastructure packages.
