Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and collecting data to determine property boundaries and create maps and plans for construction projects.

• Conduct land surveys to gather data on existing conditions
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to measure distances and angles
• Create detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
• Adhere to safety guidelines while working on job sites
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working as a land surveyor
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques
• Proficiency in using total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret design plans and blueprints
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
