Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, patient, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and in-person inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Follow up on customer concerns until fully resolved.
  • Identify problems and provide suitable solutions.
  • Record complaints and escalate complex cases to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional tone at all times.
  • Log all interactions in the customer service system.
  • Update customer records with accurate and detailed information.
  • Prepare daily or weekly customer service reports if required.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Suggest improvements to processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate customer requests with relevant departments for timely action.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Office-based or hybrid depending on company policy.
Preferred Skills
  • Multilingual abilities (depending on company needs).
  • Sales or upselling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fast-paced setting requiring quick and accurate responses.
Salary Range
