AnyN/A##### Job Details The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities    Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner    Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently    Provide accurate information about products and services    Process orders, returns, and exchanges    Maintain customer records and update account information    Follow company policies and procedures    Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary    Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience    Qualifications and Skills    High school diploma or equivalent (required)    Previous customer service experience preferred    Strong communication and interpersonal skills    Ability to listen actively and problem-solve effectively    Basic computer skills and ability to use customer service software    Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations    Strong attention to detail and time management skills    Work Environment    May work in an office, call center, retail, or remote environment    May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on business needs    Performance Expectations    Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings    Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards    Demonstrate professionalism and reliability at all times
