We’re hiring Client Experience Executives for free zones in Dubai and Sharjah
. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, service delivery, and operational coordination in a professional corporate environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth service experience
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams
- Support end-to-end processes related to corporate services and licensing
- Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Arabic speakers preferred (not mandatory)
- Background in corporate services / company formation preferred
- Open to candidates from professional customer service or client experience roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving license preferred (not mandatory)
