Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Holidays / Leisure department.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Proficiency in costing and usage of various booking platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
