Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the brand during events, activations, and in-store promotions
- Engage with customers and provide information about products/services
- Deliver a high-quality and consistent brand experience
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or elevate when required
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
- Support sales team in driving customer engagement and conversions
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service / hospitality / brand promotion
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, confident, and energetic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/event
