KONE is seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage customer queries, complaints, and master data changes. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound queries, logging complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Turkish, along with a high school diploma. Experience in customer service is an asset, and knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
