Gym Receptionist; Arabic​/European - Female

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about memberships, classes, and facilities.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions for merchandise, beverages, and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for personal training or classes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
• Enforce gym rules and policies in a polite but firm manner.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with members and staff.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, especially point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and scheduling software.
• Positive and energetic attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere and motivating members.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with gym‑related tasks, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse members.
