Key Responsibilities- Daily Coordination: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Relations: Welcome guests, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Front-of-House Support: Actively assist on the floor by taking orders, serving food/beverages, and ensuring table cleanliness (acting as a host/server when needed).
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media handles (Instagram/Facebook/Tik Tok) by capturing photos, posting updates, and engaging with our online community.
- Languages:
Must be fluent in both English and Malayalam (spoken and understood). - Attributes: High energy, a warm and welcoming personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

- Bilingual Fluency: Native or professional-level proficiency in speaking both English and Malayalam
. - Basic Social Media Literacy: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok, with a good eye for taking appealing photos/videos of food and the restaurant setup.
- Customer Service & Hospitality Etiquette: Basic understanding of table service, order-taking, and active listening (training will be provided for freshers).
- Time Management: Ability to organize tasks efficiently to ensure daily restaurant activities run right on schedule.
