We are in need of a temporary Concierge to work in our establishment in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting guests
- Making reservations
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining a neat and organized lobby area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure
- English not required, but fluency would be an advantage
- Accommodation will not be provided, but a free visa and ticket will be provided for those who require it.
Salary starts at $1600.
